There is a great number of castles, palaces and gardens in Denmark, where stories are told about our past. A great number of the castles and gardens are open to visitors.

The Agency for Culture and Palaces

The Agency for Culture and Palaces is the agency under the Ministry of Culture whose purpose is to preserve, operate and maintain a number of the state’s castles and palaces, gardens and other cultural property.
